Want to know what happened to the original Stoverdale Church Bell? The following is quoted from an article found on voicenet.com about the Mt. Gretna Tabernacle  in Mount Gretna, PA:  "Although no records relating to the bell itself have been found, it bears the inscription "Cast by J. Wilbank, Phila 1838" and probably came with the Association when it moved from Stoverdale to Mt. Gretna in 1892."
